Droewors Kudu per 500g.

Our Kudu Droëwors are made from African Kudu - we only use premium Haunch Cuts. Our butchers hand cut the meat and it's then made to our old family recipe with kudu and and a mix of our own spices (coriander, course salt and pepper with a few secret spices). We then slow dry it for three days to make Lekker tasting Kudu droëwors.

Ingredients: Not less than 220% Meat of which 80% Kudu and 20% beef , Natural Casings, Salt, Spices & Spice Extract, Dextrose Flavouring and Malt Vinegar, packed in a Protective Atmosphere
