Droewors Springbok per 500g.Our Springbok Droëwors are made from African Springbok - we only use premium Haunch Cuts. Our butchers hand cut the meat and it's then made to our old family recipe with Springbok and a mix of our own spices (coriander, course salt and pepper with a few secret spices). We then slow dry it for three days to make Lekker tasting droëwors.Ingredients: Not less than 220% Meat of which 80% Springbok and 20% beef , Natural Casings, Salt, Spices & Spice Extract, Dextrose Flavouring and Malt Vinegar, packed in a Protective Atmosphere.
