Having tried all the riveta 'substitutes' in the UK, I can honestly say that provita is the very best crisp bread you can have ! The normal and the wholegrain versions are both divine, light enough to have as a snack, and wholesome enough to have as a meal, with cheeses, spreads, pates and hams! I love the flavour, it is worlds apart from the dust that is avaliable on British shelves.
