How to Use this shop

It is strongly recommended that you print this page of instructions and keep them alongside you whilst you visit the shop, in case you have any queries webmaster@susman.com .

NB: The shopping software normally operates successfully with all versions of Microsoft Explorer 4.0 and later. If you have an older browser and would like to upgrade, both Microsoft and Netscape have sites from which current versions may be downloaded.
If the computer you are using is an older model, say, 486/66MHz and slower, then it may be that the system response will slow somewhat as the number of items added to your basket grows. If this occurs, please be patient whilst your processor handles the data.

Return to Front Counter or continue with instructions, below

1) Click on this button to add your choice to your shopping basket.

2) As soon as you have added a product to your basket, you receive a conformation of the product you have just added to your shopping basket and you can continue to shop or click on checkout to proceed to pay for your goods. (You can get to this page at any time by clicking on the checkout icon at the to of the navigation). Once you click on Checkout Your current order will be displayed below. To remove an item from the order, click Remove. To move an item to your Saved Cart to be purchased at a later time, click Save Cart. To change the quantity of an item, change the number displayed in the Quantity field and then click Update. If you have any Coupons you wish to use, enter them in the Coupon Code field and click Apply.

3) Adds product to your personal Wish List for you to email to friends and Family. You can remove an item from your Wish List, click Remove. To move an item from the Wish List to your current order for immediate purchase, click Buy Now. To change the quantity of an item in the Wish List, change the number displayed in the Quantity field and then click Update. You can also email your Wish List to friends and family by clicking E-Mail List the shopping .

4) If you've placed an order here before, simply enter your e-mail address and password and Sign In. If this is your first time shopping with us, please supply the required information and click Continue.

5) Ship To Information

In the form below, enter the address that your order will be shipped to or select an address from your Address Book. New addresses will be saved to your Address Book and you'll be able to retrieve and reuse this information the next time you order. When you've finished, click Continue to proceed to the next step of the checkout process.

6) Shipment Summary

Your current order is shown below. Please review the contents of the order. If changes to your order are necessary, click on the Checkout link and make any corrections. Please add any special instruction at this point in the Special Instructions Box where to leave orders if you are not going to be in (please note that you will be responsible for there safety) where to go on delivery etc. When you are satisfied with the contents of your order, click Continue to proceed to our secure location and begin the checkout process.

Choose payment method at the bottom of the page and continue. Please follow instruction at the top of each page untill your order is completed

On returning to our site you can now log on and it will remember your details, saving you valuable shopping time.
