We simply marinate our meats using the finest herbs and spices to our secret family recipe, then air-dried, hand-trimmed and packet in to various sizes and flavours. Our biltong is probably the finest example of a high quality, great tasting biltong. A worthy example of a centuries’ old art and the best traditions of South African heritage.
That’s why we have become the UK’s No.1 and supply the country's finest retailers such as Harrods, Selfridges and Rick Steins Delicatessens to name but a few of our fantastic customers.
We were the first fully licensed Biltong factory operating from an EC approved premises in the world (UK-LW005-EC) and we have also gained our EFSIS approval for the last four years. We only use First Grade Silversides from Botswana, Ridings Reserve Beef and our Organic Silversides come from selected farms in Yorkshire. Our game meats are imported directly from South Africa and only natural casings are used in our Boerewors and Droewors.
