There are a wide variety of flavours and cuisine's inherited from the different settlers through its history. Culinary traditions from France, India, China and Africa have been passed on through generations. These curries have their roots from the Indian community on the island.

It is sure to impress and is easy for anyone to make.
Can be made with chicken, beef, lamb, mutton or Fish but we have found that its best with white meats. Try the Durban curries for red meats if you prefer.
