LOVE this droewors! The Venison gives it such a rich flavour.

Really enjoyed this lean but very flavoursome droewors. While I bought it mostly to eat as a convenient gluten-free snack while I'm out and about, it also works well to add depth to pasta sauces, rice dishes, or fried in with sauted potatoes for a bit of a treat.

Very tasty but quite a workout for the jaw as much drier than the beef. Might be because game is a lot leaner?
