250g of Springbok Biltong, made from Springbok haunch from SA.
Our Springbok Biltong is made from African Springbok - we only use premium Haunch Cuts. Our butchers hand cut the meat and it's then made to our old family recipe with a mix of our own spices (coriander, course salt and pepper with a few secret spices). We then slow dry it for 5/6 days to make Lekker tasting Biltong
Ingredients: Not less than 220% Springbok , Salt, Hydrolysed Veg. Protein, Sodium Diacitate, Citric Acid, Spice Extract. Packed in a Protective Atmosphere
