Welcome to our site. We hope you enjoy the new shopping experience. We have tried to simplify and improve this site for your convenience. You will find plenty new additions and some old favourites that you have longed for. We have included a new help section on the top menu bar to walk you through the entire shopping experience. You can now e-mail your favourites to friends, add items to a wishlist for future shopping. Needless to say the site is 100% secure using a 128bit Thawte Certificate giving you peace of mind. The Team

Larry Susman

The Boss, and don't we know it!. He is the man to speak to if you have a problem, by the way that may be a problem - speaking to him - he is never available ( the best way to contact him is on sales@biltong.co.uk ). Really, Larry takes your satisfaction seriously and if you have any queries he is the man to leave a message for: it may not be himself that talks to you but ALL messages get passed to him and receive his personal attention. Whether for advice or problems he will always be somewhere to hand.

Janet Susman

Janet is one of our directors and in charge of the factory production. If you need a special order made for you she will always try to oblige. Janet can also help you decide which wine to choose as she has now worked her way through our huge range (several times) with the help of Larry. So if you cannot decide just ask either of them to help.

Lauren Susman

Is now our Manager, she has worked her way up through the ranks and now overlooks the day to day running of the company, and acts as a second pair of eyes for Larry (he relies on them). Lauren will be the person who deals with your orders, returns, suppliers, reps, etc.etc.etc. and any customers who want to speak with Larry when he is unavailable. So, if you cannot get hold of Larry ask for her or contact Lauren on sales@biltong.co.uk. Lauren deals with all the office work and the telephone calls so say hi when you speak to her.

Sarah Hillier

Sarah the first point of contact when you phone us, along with Lauren. If you have any problems and we hope that you will not Sarah is your point of contact. She also processes all the internet orders so if you would like any help or information please contact her on sales@biltong.co.uk for our shop and Internet orders. If you like anything ordered specially for you from home, just ask and she will do her best to get it.

Will Parsons

Is our Food Stock Controller if you would like a new product from home that we do not at present stock just make a request and hopefully he will be able to get it in for you. He also helps out in the factory and shop, you may contact Will on sales@biltong.co.uk when placing orders so if you are hankering for something from the past just ask.

Paul Cooper

Paul is one of Butcher and you will find him in the factory making your biltong for you. He prides himself on a clean and tidy work place, this also includes making sure the washing up gets done! He is also a great help when anyone needs a hand. If you want something a little different just ask and he will do is best to see if he can help you.

Sam Susman

Sam is at University now but still looks after our Facebook and marketing when he is back on semester breaks you will find him in the shop as well as controlling our stocks, that is when he is not playing rugby. If you would like to talk Rugby, he is your man. Currently supporting England (much to his fathers disgust) and the Sharks.

James Clarke

James is front of "house" as you would say and also is responsible for our shop and our huge range of Biltong per-packs. If you would like a new product from home that we do not at present stock just make a request and James will pass your requests on to Larry.

Lee Prior

Lee is one of our Butchers working alongside Paul and Larry cutting the meat and making boerewors and Sosaties. Always busy making Lekker tasting Biltong for you all, if you want your Billy`s a certain way he`s your man.

Alex Lilburn

Alex is one over our University (poor students!) part-timers working in his semester breaks to make enough to keep him in Beer until the end of the next term.

Tom Parsons

Tom is our newest member of the family and one of our part-timers working alongside James, Will and Charly in our shop, so please be gentle with him, he`s learning.
