We got medium slices in the chilli biltong and it was very tasty. Great flavour with a good amount of chilli (not too little, not too much). The only thing that I would say is that this already tasted on the dry side, so the 'dry' option is probably very dry. We got wet in the original flavour and preferred that one.
We've tried a few different vendors online and this was by far the best! We got wet, fatty original biltong and it was very juicy and had a great flavour. Finished off in an evening!
I just opened my first pack of Biltong Chips yesterday and it was just so crispy and obviously, absolutely delicious, as usual! I don't know if I can say this, but, if you wear dentures, it is so much easier to eat your biltong this way. Give it a try!
