As with all of Susman’s best beef biltong, our sprinkle biltong is made from premium Silverside, cut from grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef by our expert butchers. Our signature blend of spices, the high quality of our beef and our aging process is what makes our biltong incredibly tender and taste so divine. Once our best beef biltong has been dried for 4 days to create immense flavour, it is then finely ground to shrink our product mouth-watering biltong, making it perfect to sprinkle on salads or even sarnies!
To ensure that our beef biltong sprinkle is delivered to you in the finest quality, we pack the product into a tight air-sealed vacuum bag and it is then gas flushed.
