Taystee Wheat is an energy boosting bowl of hot and filling tasty wheat, rich in carbohydrates. This delicious meal is also a great source of fibre.
Cooking Instructions
Stove (for 3 Servings):
1. Pour 750ml (3 cups) milk or water or mixture with salt to taste into a pot. Use more milk for a creamier taste.
2. Bring to boil and remove from heat.
3. Gradually beat in 125ml (half a cup) Taystee Wheat with a fork.
4. Return to heat and simmer for 3 minutes stirring continuously.
5. Do not overcook.
6. Serve with honey syrup or sugar.
Microwave (for 2 Servings):
1. Pour 2 cups of boiling water into a large bowl.
2. Add salt to taste.
3. Whisk in 1/2 cup Taystee Wheat.
4. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
5. Stir every 30 seconds.
