Recently bought the biltong chips, as I like my biltong very dry and I don't like bits of coriander and other spices which normally sticks to biltong. I love these chips, as they are infused with the same biltongy taste but without the bits! They are a low-fat, high protein snack that I can enjoy as part of the diet plan I am following. Best of all, they are not stringy and chewy like the biltong sticks - they are thin and crispy with just the right amount of chewiness. A definite winner, in my opinion!
