My favourite by far but gives me terrible heart burn as it’s completely slathered in garlic. Doesn’t stop me eating it. Drier than the beef biltong but still soft with a nice chew to some pieces. My usual go to

This stuff is glorious. It's so flavourful and addictive from the first bite to the last. Granted, the first time I tried it I was the most drunk I have been since I was 18, but I ate a whole stick and then felt terrible and bought lots for all my friends to replace what I had eaten and stash some more for me. The taste is out of this world sober as well.

There are just two problems with this biltong: 1) They are all so damn good I decide which to buy 2) It's so damn good I dont eat much else! Seriously though, Mr Susmans' team cooks up some tasty biltong. I've tried a vendor from Amazon, slightly cheaper, nowhere near the quality of flavour or texture. Susmans Biltong can be ordered in many different variation dry, medium wet, fat or no fat. It's all down to preference, and for me medium medium tastes best. For long storage dry, no fat works. top marks.

I have had biltong from a few places but Susmans is now the only place I get my biltong from, it tastes fantastic and what you order is what you get, I ask for a no fat medium garlic stick of biltong and thats what I get, brilliant company and tasty produce, well done!
