I absolutely love this biltong, a real taste of South Africa. I find it so difficult to get hold of whole sections of biltong in the UK, only the chips which I don't like as much. The heat on this thing is also fantastic, my favourite!

I have ordered Biltong from several companies and now Susmans Biltong is my favourite. With its delicately spiced with the kick of chilli at the end on this tasty beef. Not too thick cut you cant chew or too dry. This is a regular order for me now and with polishing off 500gms in 2days. Good energy product , problem is, I am stalked by my dogs and parrots! I have to share :

This is hands down the best biltong I have ever tasted. I wondered how long it would take me to eat so much beef, but apparently I can get rid of a whole 500g in about a week. Not bad going, really.

Bought a 500 gr vacuum pack of Chilli Beef Biltong. Decided to ration it out for a month or so. To keep it dry and safe I hung it in the kitchen in a muslin sock ex a beer brewing kit at a cost of 30 pence Sadly the results were inconclusive!
The taste was so great it had been scoffed in eight days

The Mutt's Nuts! Biltong doesn't get any better than this, I've bought it from Susmans for the last 10 years. The last half kilo I got was meant to last 3 weeks, but it was so good it lasted 4 days.
